This makes the Thorcat a 100% legal slip-on muffler system. The Eliminator 400 Slip-On series are mufflers for those that like the massive look 4" large diameter mufflers with race-inspired CNC machined billet end caps. But 4" Eliminators offer more than looks. These large diameter slip-ons help achieve a higher volumetric efficiency, which creates a better cylinder fill to get improved performance from the engine.   Note: Will fit extended saddlebag skirts.   Note: Euro 1-2 certified mufflers comes with an EC / ABE approved non-removable baffle.     - What is a Thorcat exhaust system?  Thorcat are original Vance & Hines exhaust systems that have been modified by replacing the original baffle with a Thorcat EC / ABE approved cartridge baffle.
